Corporate Management Partners, LLC

Terms of Service

These terms cover the cmpmso.com website and the social media publishing application operated by Corporate Management Partners, LLC ("CMP", "we" or "us"). By using the website or the application, you agree to these terms.

This website

This website describes the management services CMP provides to medical practices. It is for general information only. Nothing on it is medical, legal or financial advice, and using it does not create a client or patient relationship with CMP or any practice.

The content, names and logos on this website belong to CMP or to their owners. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, modify or republish them as your own without our written permission.

The publishing application

CMP operates an internal application that publishes content to social media accounts, pages, channels and business profiles that CMP owns or is authorized to manage, including on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Google Business Profile and TikTok. It is not offered to the public, and only personnel authorized by CMP may use it.

Authorized users must connect only accounts they own or are permitted to manage, and must publish only content that they or CMP have the right to post. Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure.

When the application publishes to a third-party service, that service's own terms also apply, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. Content must follow each service's community guidelines.

How the application handles account information and tokens is described on our Privacy page. A connected account can be disconnected at any time, as explained there.

No warranty

The website and the application are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or complete, and we may change or stop them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CMP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the application, or from the actions or availability of any third-party service it connects to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
